Is the RadioTeleswitching System (RTS) being turned off?

The BBC do not own the Radio Teleswitching System (RTS), we simply deliver the signal using our transmitter on behalf of the Energy Networks Association (ENA). The BBC has a long-standing relationship with the ENA to transmit Radio Tele-switching data on 198kHz alongside the BBC Radio 4 Longwave signal.
